Changed your mind?

Returns go through the partner store you ordered from. Open your order there, choose the item and follow the steps; they will tell you whether a label is included and when the refund lands.

Something leaks or will not pump

1. Empty the tank and check that the cap or Dunk-Fill valve is seated properly.
2. For hose-pressurized blasters, confirm the tap delivers the minimum pressure listed on the product page.
3. Still not right? Start a warranty or replacement request from your order in the partner store.

Pool floats and slides

Floats and slides include a repair patch. Dry the area, apply the patch firmly and wait before inflating again.
