Super Soaker hose blasters, pool floats and water slides

When the garden hose or the pool supplies the water, nobody ever runs out. This shelf holds our hose-powered cannons, ride-on pool floats with built-in pool-fed blasters, backyard water slides and the sprinkler toys that keep the youngest players running.

Endless water, endless game

Hydroburst and Quadblast connect straight to the garden hose. Hydroburst offers two jet modes and a control handle with automatic shutoff; Quadblast gives four modes — Sniper, Soaker, Splitter and Slasher — and reaches up to 20 feet. Because the tap feeds them, the fight lasts as long as you want.

In the pool, Megaforce Battle Tank and Hydro Battle Cruiser carry mounted blasters that draw water from underneath. Climb on, aim and pump; there is no separate blaster to hold and nothing to refill. Adult supervision is always recommended around water.

Slides and sprinklers for little soakers

Blast Water Slide comes in two versions: a 16 ft slide with a hose-powered blaster for soaking the next rider, and a 12 ft slide with sprinklers along its whole length. Both are made for kids ages 5 to 12.

For the youngest players, Stomp & Soak launches a jellyfish into the air on a column of water, and Hop & Chomp is a shark sprinkler with chomping jaws and two rotating streams. Hook them to the hose and summer does the rest.

Super Soaker fun that goes beyond water guns

Not every Super Soaker is held in two hands. This page collects the toys that turn a whole yard or pool into a water fight: hose-powered water guns, pool floats with built-in water blasters, slides and sprinklers. Many of them are produced by WowWee under license from Hasbro, so they carry the same Super Soaker name, colors and soakage as our classic series.

The common idea is endless water. Whether the hose or the pool supplies it, nobody has to stop to refill, which makes these toys a popular pick for parties and long, hot summer days. They are also a safe, physical activity for younger kids who are not ready to aim a trigger or pump a blaster yet.

Garden hose blasters: water that never runs out

Hydroburst and Quadblast turn a normal garden hose into a Super Soaker water cannon. Because the tap feeds the blaster, there is no tank to refill and the game can last as long as you like. A control handle lets you go from a gentle stream to the ultimate soak, and Hydroburst shuts off automatically when you let go.

Pool floats with built-in Super Soaker blasters

Megaforce Battle Tank and Hydro Battle Cruiser are inflatable ride-ons with a mounted blaster that pulls water straight from the pool. Climb on, aim and pump — the ride-on is the base and the pool is the ammo. Megaforce reaches over 20 feet; the Cruiser reaches 16 feet and doubles as a shield.

Super Soaker Blast Water Slides

The 16 ft Blast Water Slide includes a hose-powered blaster so friends can soak each rider on the way down. The 12 ft version has sprinklers along the whole length. Both have a padded splash pool or stopping pad at the end and are made for kids ages 5 to 12.

Hose blasters vs. classic water guns

A classic Super Soaker series water gun carries its own tank, so you can run anywhere; a hose blaster stays tied to the tap but never runs dry. Many families use both: water guns with a trigger or pump for chasing, hose blasters and floats for holding a base. Hydroburst and Quadblast are fast to set up — screw on the adapter and within seconds you can shoot. There is no valve to fill and no dart to reload, so younger players can join the game right away and the fun continues for hours.

Sprinkler toys for the youngest players

Stomp & Soak launches a jellyfish into the air on a column of water, then rains a 360-degree halo on everyone below. Hop & Chomp is a shark with chomping jaws and two rotating streams of water. They are the most common way small kids join the Super Soaker fun — no aiming needed.

Setting up a backyard water zone

Choose a flat, grassy area away from paths and windows. Lay out the slide first, then place sprinklers at the edges and give the hose blasters the longest hose. Water pressure from one tap is shared, so if you run several hose toys at once, expect a slightly weaker stream from each.

Safety around pools and slides

Adult supervision is always recommended. Keep slides on soft ground, check the stakes before play and patch small holes with the included repair patch. Pool floats are toys, not life-saving devices — keep them in water where kids can stand.
